Navigate your way to the Effect Controls Panel next. If you can’t find it, go under Windows and select Effect Controls. In the Effect Controls Panel find the Crop properties. This is how you actually apply the crop. Adjust the Left, Top, Right, and Bottom properties as needed to crop the clip. Alternatively you can use the icons beneath the word Crop to make a circular-shaped crop, a rectangular-shaped crop, and also a crop of any shape.
